We are happy to again offer CCT with the same great features again this year. Contract court time allows our members the opportunity to reserve courts in advance; helping to make certain your court is secure when you and your group want to play. The knowledge that your court and time will be secure each week and prepaid (which will allow for quicker entry onto the courts and less hassle at the front desk), will help make your tennis season much more enjoyable in planning your weekly activities. Contract court time has become extremely popular with more players playing, and more liking the indoor experience & obvious conveniences. We want everyone to enjoy playing indoors at a time convenient with the busy schedules we all hold today. Contract court time will be limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, it is very important for you to get with your team or group quickly to determine when you want your court time. We may also offer a Non-Prime Time special rate for contract court time, starting after 8:30 p.m. M-F, and Sundays after 7:00 p.m. Inquire about times. This price only applies to contracted courts with the mentioned start times or later. Please inquire as to whether this is available.
In the links above you will find the 2011-2012 Contract Court Time Reservation form with our schedule, an easy to complete player list, our policies, etc. Please read over carefully, fill out completely and return as soon as possible with the appropriate fees to reserve your spot for the upcoming season. Guest fees, as always, will apply on contracted courts. Normal court reservations will always be accepted, but have a 7 day maximum advance request (exceptions for CCT and special events). You must be a member to reserve courts. Membership is an annual commitment, it is very economical and we have NO initiation fees, only the annual fee itself. See our Membership link for membership details, forms, and the ability to pay right online through Paypal. But you must fax or mail in your membership application.
