Coach Paul ponders 80 years and tennis - Where have the years gone?
WOW!!! Coach Paul celebrated his 80th birthday on March 28th in style. That night, after a full day of lessons for Coach, his many friends, current and past students, supporters, and Mayor Paxton joined us for the most awesome surprise birthday party I've ever attended. Check out some of the photos. Coach Paul was stunned by the turnout...and that we pulled off the surprise right in front of him. He finally figured out something was up when his best friend walked in, Bennie Purcell. We all appreciate his friends and supporters!! It was a tribute to his life promoting tennis and his family. Although biased, he's a great dad, great friend, and most awesome teacher. Thanks to all who love and support him!!!
